Junior RPA Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior RPA & AI Automation Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath or similar RPA tools to develop, deploy, and support automation solutions. The role involves working on RPA workflows, AI-driven automation, workflow orchestration, API integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Build automations for web, desktop, Excel, email, PDF, API, and database processes.
• Support AI Agents, Agentic Automation, and workflow orchestration initiatives.
• Work with UiPath Orchestrator/Maestro for scheduling, monitoring, and deployment.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in UiPath and RPA development concepts (REFramework, queues, assets, exception handling).
• Exposure to AI automation, APIs, SQL, JSON, and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or scripting.
• Experience with Excel, email, web automation, and document processing.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

• UiPath Certification.
• Exposure to Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, or Generative AI solutions.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
