Engagement Coordinator

Location: Hill Street (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
Contract Period: 2 years
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job scope:
- Engaging diverse groups and organisations to strengthen partnerships and communication
- Design and implement initiatives to support the needs and aspirations of stakeholders
- Serve as secretariat including coordinating activities and programmes such as learning journeys, dialogues and events
- Evaluate engagement strategies and initiatives, and propose improvements to boost engagement
- Assist with the evaluation and disbursement of funds
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years' of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred
- Willing to work on weekends or evenings to support events
