BUSINESS PLANNING EXEC/ UP TO $4.5K (RETAIL)

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Performance Management

• Analyse overall and departmental sales performance to identify key trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections, ensuring timely reviews and adjustments.
• Track performance against targets and recommend corrective actions to stay aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.

2. Business Planning & Strategic Support

• Support the development and execution of business plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance revenue and operational performance.

3. Project Planning & Cross-functional Coordination

• Plan and manage cross-functional projects such as store upgrades, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor timelines, track progress, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.

4. Management Reporting & Communication

• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the communication and rollout of management directives across departments.
• Ensure clear alignment and effective information flow across all stakeholders.
