Job Responsibilities

  • Handle CRM updates, student registrations, and payment facilitation.
  • Support centre events and courses to enhance student participation and engagement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the centre, including classrooms, welfare corner, snack bar, and common areas.
  • Prepare lesson materials such as printing, stapling, and laminating.
  • Restock and tidy the welfare corner, including snacks and fridge items.
  • Record inventory and assist with stock-taking.
  • Open and close the centre, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative duties as required.

Customer Success & Client Support

  • Contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and growth strategies to improve overall client experience.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email within 24 hours.
  • Assist prospective customers by promoting Zenith’s programmes, converting enquiries into trial classes, and following up on leads.
  • Manage billing, payments, lesson replacements, and withdrawal requests.
  • Provide timely updates on student progress and maintain clear communication with parents.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Assist with student registrations and attend to basic customer enquiries at the front desk.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with students and parents.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
  • Comfortable handling basic administrative tasks such as printing, simple spreadsheets, and responding to enquiries.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willing to take on ad hoc duties when required.
  • Available to support front desk operations, including working at least 4 weekdays and 1 weekend per week.
