Plans and Programmes Coordinator

Location: Hill Street (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
Contract Period: 2 years
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job scope:
- Coordinate strategic planning and long-term horizon scans of engagement efforts with various stakeholders
- Identify key engagement targets and develop initiatives to meet these targets
- Develop and manage IT tools to track and follow up on stakeholder engagements
- Assist with any other capability development and partnership initiatives
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years' of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite preferred
- Willing to work on weekends or evenings to support events
