Procurement Executive

RIGHT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our growing team at Right Construction Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services for our construction projects — particularly HDB building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, including sourcing, quotation, and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of required items.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms, quality, and prices.
  • Prepare purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and HDB procurement standards.
  • Track and manage inventory levels in coordination with site teams to avoid material shortages or delays.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support project teams in cost control and budgeting by providing updated material pricing and availability information.
  • Assist in identifying reliable new suppliers and updating the supplier database.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction purchasing, preferably with experience in HDB building projects.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market pricing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with purchasing or ERP systems.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
