Responsibilities

  • Acquire new corporate clients to expand business opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct client reviews and customize financial solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Actively generate referrals by establishing and leveraging a network of business contacts
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Generate and achieve assigned revenue targets through effective sales strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, SME, or corporate lending
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of customer and market dynamics to identify client needs
  • Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to generate potential business leads
  • Apply creative thinking to identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts
  • Exhibit a results-driven mindset with a proven track record of independent performance
