As a Senior HR Business Partner in our Singapore office, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, executing HR strategies that drive performance and foster an inclusive culture. You will act as a change agent and a trusted advisor, translating business needs into impactful people-focused initiatives.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce plans and talent strategies that align with business objectives and enable growth.
- Talent Management: Drive the full talent cycle, including performance management, succession planning, and the development of high-potential employees to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Change Leadership: Guide and support teams through organizational changes, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
- Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives that enhance the employee experience, leveraging data to identify trends and co-create solutions that make L’Oréal an inspiring place to work.
We Are Looking For
An experienced and dynamic HR professional who can navigate complexity and influence at all levels. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, adept at building strong relationships and driving meaningful change. You should have:
- Highly experienced in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated ability to act as an advisor to senior leaders.
- Strong capabilities in change management and organizational development.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into HR priorities.
