Senior HRBP

As a Senior HR Business Partner in our Singapore office, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, executing HR strategies that drive performance and foster an inclusive culture. You will act as a change agent and a trusted advisor, translating business needs into impactful people-focused initiatives.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce plans and talent strategies that align with business objectives and enable growth.
• Talent Management: Drive the full talent cycle, including performance management, succession planning, and the development of high-potential employees to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Change Leadership: Guide and support teams through organizational changes, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
• Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives that enhance the employee experience, leveraging data to identify trends and co-create solutions that make L’Oréal an inspiring place to work.
