Admin Associate Trainee - Dental Practice (Telok Blangah Dental Clinic)

We are hiring an Admin Associate Trainee to support our dental clinic’s daily operations. This is a hands-on administrative role that covers scheduling, billing, claims processing, records management, and patient coordination. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team, this could be the start of a great career in healthcare administration. 5-day work week, day shifts, all public holidays off.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily schedule

  • Handle payment collection and process dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals

  • Maintain clinic records, fill out forms, and ensure timely submission of reports

  • Manage office and dental supply inventory and ordering

  • Welcome patients, attend to walk-ins, and handle phone and email enquiries

  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations

What You Need

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry)

  • Able to work rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day

  • No prior experience needed — comprehensive training provided
