- Welcome and attend to customers professionally
- Explain menu items and recommend signature dishes
- Take orders and serve food efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table arrangement
- Support daily restaurant operations and teamwork
Requirements
- Customer service or F&B experience preferred
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Well-groomed and service-oriented
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
