Care Studio and Rehab Manager

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for organizational development initiatives.

Communicate and reinforce the organization's vision, mission, and values to the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Team.

Collaborate with the Executive Director to enhance the experiences for clients and innovate existing programmes.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring effective use of budget and resources.

Oversee manpower planning and management within the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Team.

Develop and implement policies that ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Support the achievement and maintenance of licensing requirements in line with operational goals.

Lead recruitment and retention efforts for Care Studio and Rehabilitation staff, fostering professional development.

Mentor and coach staff to optimize their potential and readiness for expanded roles.

Identify high-potential team members for advancement opportunities.

Manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and community outreach.

Requirements

Degree or Master’s qualification in Allied Health or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a community care environment.

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Passion for innovative care models for diverse populations.

Valid BCLS & AED certification preferred/up-to-date.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
