Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily finance and accounting transactions.
- Process supplier invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and payment records.
- Assist with customer invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain GST records, finance documentation, and audit preparation files.
- Check and reconcile supplier statements, customer balances, and internal finance records.
- Assist with petty cash, staff claims, and reimbursement checking.
- Maintain proper filing of finance documents and supporting records.
- Work with Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to resolve invoice, purchase order, and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare basic finance reports and schedules as required by management.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance documentation.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow deadlines.
- Comfortable working with invoices, statements, payments, and reconciliation records.
- Able to communicate with internal departments and external parties when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support will be an advantage but is not required.
