Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily finance and accounting transactions.
  • Process supplier invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and payment records.
  • Assist with customer invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation and support month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain GST records, finance documentation, and audit preparation files.
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements, customer balances, and internal finance records.
  • Assist with petty cash, staff claims, and reimbursement checking.
  • Maintain proper filing of finance documents and supporting records.
  • Work with Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to resolve invoice, purchase order, and payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare basic finance reports and schedules as required by management.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance documentation.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with invoices, statements, payments, and reconciliation records.
  • Able to communicate with internal departments and external parties when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
  • Prior experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support will be an advantage but is not required.
