Assistant HR & Admin Manager

  • Salary: Up to $5,500 basic + Variable Bonus
  • Working Location: West / Tuas area
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Design and structure HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Oversee HR initiatives including human capital development, talent management, succession planning, and staff benefits.
  • Prepare HR budget and ensure department spending remains within budget.
  • Administer payroll processes and handle external submissions such as GIRO, CPF, IRAS (IR8E), etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, CPF regulations, IRAS requirements, and MOM work permit procedures.
  • Initiate HR programs to improve operational productivity.
  • Oversee employee performance management and training mechanisms.
  • Manage office administration and establish SOPs for proper documentation and control.
  • Assist in HR projects, initiatives, and HR audits.
  • Support Workplace Safety & Health related activities.
  • Supervise office administration functions including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and equipment management.
  • Handle Group insurance renewal policies.
  • Responsible for submission of Government / MOM claims and surveys.
  • Provide HR & Admin support across the Group.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
  • 5 – 8 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Must have experience in the Construction industry.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, labor laws, statutory requirements, and MOM work permit procedures.
  • Familiar with HRiQ Data Dynamic HR software.
