Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers and markets across Singapore
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
Technical Support
- Collaborate with Application Engineers to provide tailored technical advice and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
- Work closely with product teams to introduce and drive adoption of new technologies and solutions.
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Respond to inquiries and deliver product demonstrations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service.
Market Development
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand product reach.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field).
Experience: 2–5 years in technical sales, preferably in semiconductors, electronics, or industrial equipment.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel .
Languages: Proficiency in English required; knowledge of regional languages (Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese) is an advantage.
Other: Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics, or industrial manufacturing industries preferred.
