Admin and Finance Manager

The Admin and Finance Manager position is critical in supporting the Association's financial governance, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements. The role will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the Association, including budgeting, financial reporting, grant management, audit coordination, payroll administration, and general office management.
With the increasing complexity of grant administration, event delivery, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder reporting requirements, the position will provide dedicated oversight to ensure that financial resources are managed prudently and that all funding obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role will also strengthen internal controls, support organisational planning, and improve operational processes across the Association.
The appointment of an Admin and Finance Manager will enable the Association to maintain strong governance standards, support sustainable growth, and allow senior management to focus on strategic development and stakeholder engagement while ensuring that finance and administrative functions are managed effectively.
