Air Freight Export Officer (East/ Mon - Fri/ Shift job) [EL]

• Liaise with Customer Service and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operational workflow
• Handle shipping documentation processing and AWB execution for export shipments
• Maintain accurate shipment data entry including dimensions, cargo weight, and freight charges
• Conduct compliance checks for DG and temperature-sensitive cargo prior to shipment release
• Issue pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and agents
• Track consol schedules and coordinate timely cargo lodgement for urgent shipments
