Pharmacy Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in ensuring medications are readily available for patient care.

Process prescriptions and engage in prepacking and packing of medications and related items.

Receive stocks from the Pharmacy store and assist in inventory management.

Support the replenishment of medications in automated dispensing machines.

Conduct stock counts and ensure accurate inventory levels.

Handle the delivery and collection of medications from wards or various hospital locations.

Replenish patient supplies in medication trolleys and automated medication cabinets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ levels.

At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy-related role is preferred.

Experience in retail, hospital, or clinic settings will be advantageous.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
