Jobs Responsibilities

• Process and support corporate actions events, including dividend payments, rights issues, bonus issues, stock splits, and cash or exchange offers

• Handle asset servicing activities, including annual and extraordinary meeting events, and other ad hoc corporate actions assignments

• Perform reconciliation of cash and securities entitlements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner

• Conduct daily operational control checks, exception processing, and end-of-day activities to ensure timely completion of business-as-usual tasks

• Respond to business queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and escalation where required

• Support process improvement initiatives, risk and control reviews, and project implementation activities to enhance operational efficiency and controls
