Facilities & Workplace Manager
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Facilities Manager to lead workplace operations within a large corporate office environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless facilities services while managing senior stakeholders and delivering an exceptional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations (HVAC, electrical, BMS, building systems)
- Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
- Act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making
- Support workplace strategy, space planning, and office optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of facilities management experience, with leadership exposure
- Technical knowledge of building systems
- Proven experience managing corporate offices (50,000+ sqft / 400+ employees)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with exposure to senior leadership
- Vendor management and budgeting experience
Preferred
- FMP or CFM certification
- Experience in corporate offices, MNCs, or commercial real estate environments
- Background supporting professional services, tech, or Fortune 500 companies
