Responsibilities
Review and authorize accounts receivable and payable invoices, along with payment vouchers.
Examine related party transactions for compliance and accuracy.
Prepare monthly account closings, including relevant supporting schedules.
Compile financial statements and reports for both management and statutory requirements within set timelines.
Manage GST reporting, corporate tax filings, and deferred tax computations.
Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and internal policies.
Prepare and monitor cash flow reports.
Suggest improvements to workflows utilizing Visual Basic or AI technologies.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or a related professional qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and supervisory roles.
Experience in consolidation reporting and auditing is advantageous.
Background in accounting for property development or construction sectors preferred.
Strong team player with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, capable of working independently, and demonstrating good communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AI is a plus.
