Project Lead - SEA & Oceania

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, direct, and coordinate projects across Southeast Asia and Oceania to ensure delivery within prescribed timelines and budgets

· Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from problem definition through execution, implementation, and post-delivery review

· Drive and implement project management standards and best practices, ensuring strong governance and compliance across all initiatives

· Prepare project status reports and updates to stakeholders, including development of data-informed presentation materials and actionable insights

· Actively track and follow up on project progress to ensure milestones are achieved and key risks or issues are escalated in a timely manner

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, commercial, customer, digital, and related business functions to ensure alignment on project goals

· Manage and influence stakeholders across functions and external partners, often without direct authority, to drive alignment and delivery outcomes

· Lead projects in an agile and pragmatic manner,balancing operational stability with effective project execution

· Drive process optimisation and transformation initiatives, including establishing new ways of working where required

· Support and deliver transformation initiatives involving data, digital, or AI-enabled capabilities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes

· Proactively identify solutions to risks or issues,including leveraging data, digital tools, or analytical insights, with clear assessment of trade-offs for stakeholder decision-making

· Foster continuous learning and cross-team knowledge sharing among project delivery groups

· Ensure strong administrative integrity and governance standards across all aspects of project delivery

Requirements

· Degree in Business, Management, or related discipline

· 2–5 years’ relevant experience in project management,programme coordination, or transformation roles (or equivalent experience in rotational / leadership programmes)

· Experience in aviation, travel, or complex operational environments preferred

· Familiarity with Asia-Pacific markets and regional operating dynamics

· Experience in transformation initiatives (e.g. process improvement, digital, data/AI)

· Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation

· Experience working across markets and culture

· Exposure to external vendors or partners is advantageous

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate insights into clear recommendations

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word)
