Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsibilities
- Process daily finance and accounting operations including payments, invoicing, expense claims, and bank documentation to ensure accurate financial management
- Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, budgets, and operational analysis reports to support informed decision-making
- Execute month-end closing and finance-related activities to maintain timely and accurate accounting records
- Maintain accurate financial records and operational documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform general administrative duties and manage documentation to support smooth day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate effectively with customers and internal staff to resolve administrative matters and enhance communication
- Liaise with tax agents and relevant authorities as required to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Track and place orders for materials to support operational needs
- Assist in organizing and supporting roadshows and events as needed to promote company initiatives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Accounting preferred
- Proficient in Xero software
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and independent work approach
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal staff
- Ability to work on weekends
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for customer liaison
