Responsibilities

  • Process daily finance and accounting operations including payments, invoicing, expense claims, and bank documentation to ensure accurate financial management
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, budgets, and operational analysis reports to support informed decision-making
  • Execute month-end closing and finance-related activities to maintain timely and accurate accounting records
  • Maintain accurate financial records and operational documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform general administrative duties and manage documentation to support smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate effectively with customers and internal staff to resolve administrative matters and enhance communication
  • Liaise with tax agents and relevant authorities as required to ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Track and place orders for materials to support operational needs
  • Assist in organizing and supporting roadshows and events as needed to promote company initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Xero software
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and independent work approach
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal staff
  • Ability to work on weekends
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for customer liaison
