Sales promoter (Hair Care)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Salon Visits & Client Engagement:
    • Visit hair salons regularly to identify potential clients and build strong relationships with salon owners and stylists.
    • Approach and introduce professional hair care products to salon owners, explaining key benefits and differentiators.
  • Product Demonstration & Promotion:
    • Demonstrate product usage techniques, including application, benefits, and outcomes.
    • Provide hands-on trials, samples, and product education to encourage adoption and sales.
  • Sales Execution & Follow-Up:
    • Secure sales orders and meet individual and team sales targets.
    • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction, replenish stock, and introduce new products or promotions.
  • Knowledge & Expertise Requirements:
    • Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of hair care and hairdressing practices (e.g., hair types, treatments, coloring, styling techniques).
    • Stay updated on product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
    • Report customer insights and suggestions to the sales and marketing team for product and strategy improvements.
