Job Summary
Provide end-to-end support for drivers by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and managing engagement activities to improve satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and deliver both remote and face-to-face assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support drivers via call centre (chat and phone), handling enquiries and resolving issues
- Act as the main contact point, sharing updates on benefits, programmes, and company initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve driver-related matters efficiently
- Conduct engagement activities and gather feedback to improve driver satisfaction
- Provide face-to-face support to drivers and address concerns professionally
Requirments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office

- Location: Tampines
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm
- Salary: Up to $2,600
