BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Summary

We are a hospitality solutions organization seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and generate revenue through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends and competitor gaps to identify opportunities for product launches in new regions or segments
• Initiate and negotiate collaborations, joint ventures, or co-branded campaigns with external partners to create mutual business value
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads, close high-level deals, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue streams
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth strategies with evolving market demands
• Present business plans, pipeline metrics, and growth objectives to senior leadership while tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with a proven record of meeting targets
• Deep familiarity with the relevant industry vertical
