Microsoft Power Platform Developers
- Directly report to RDTO Product Manager (PM)
- Will form development squad in conjunction with UI/UX designer and Business Analyst (both being requested through VITAL)
Responsibilities
- Support RDTO PM
o Provide at least twice a week reports on app development progress to RDTO PM for further update to ‘client units’
o Ensure adherence to timelines set by RDTO PM
o Advise RDTO PM on conduct of prototype trial and acceptance test
- Develop solutions on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. These solutions should consider the following:
o Meet ‘client unit’ requirements as defined by business analyst and prioritised by the RDTO PM
o Incorporate inputs from UI/UX designer
o Follow RSN-established best practices and standards in software development and data management
o User Interface and User Experience (UI and UX)
o Built on Microsoft Dataverse as primary database
- User Trial and Debugging Phase
o Prepare basic operating guide for use of Power Platform solutions
o Prepare survey feedback on user trial
o Conduct user trial with not more than 30 users and collate feedback
o Make necessary improvements from feedback
- Deployment phase (after acceptance by ‘client units’ and directed by RDTO PM)
o Configuring user access rights and user roles in Power Platform Admin Centre
o Supporting onboarding of users onto Power Platform solutions
o Training user-administrators in daily administration of the app
- Sustainment phase
o Resolve any software bugs raised by users
o Performing enhancements to solutions, as approved by RDTO PM
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen
- A bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, computer science, engineering or related field
o Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
o Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Proficient in communicating and writing in English
