Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and proactive individual to join us as a Course Enrolment Executive.

This role plays a vital part in supporting learners throughout their training journey by ensuring successful course enrolment, attendance, and overall learner experience. You will work closely with learners after their course purchase, providing timely follow-ups, guidance, and support to help them commence and complete their learning programmes successfully.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is motivated by helping learners achieve their personal and professional development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support learners throughout the enrolment process following course purchase.

  • Contact and follow up with learners to confirm course schedules and secure attendance.

  • Convert To-Be-Arranged (TBA) bookings into confirmed course dates through proactive engagement.

  • Provide timely reminders, guidance, and support to maximise learner attendance and participation.

  • Process enrolment records accurately, including documentation, payments, registrations, and rescheduling requests.

  • Handle learner enquiries, course changes, and attendance-related matters in accordance with company policies.

  • Achieve monthly enrolment, attendance, and learner engagement targets.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing learner concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and student services teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and learner data for operational and management purposes.

  • Build positive relationships with learners and contribute to a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

  • Prior experience in customer service, enrolment, education, training, telesales, or learner support roles will be advantageous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-centric with a passion for helping people.

  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with learners.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or administrative systems.

  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
