Restaurant Manager
NORTHEAST GOURMET PTE. LTD.
Main Responsibilities Must have work experience in traditional Chinese restaurants, with expertise in Northeastern cuisine and Sichuan cuisine.
Must be able to work night shifts and be available on public holidays.
Operations Management
Oversee daily restaurant operations.
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans and ensure effective execution.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
Improve team efficiency and service quality through performance management.
Financial and Cost Control
Approve financial reports and monitor budgets.
Control costs and staffing allocations to ensure profitability.
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Supervise service quality and personally engage in customer service.
Handle complaints and unexpected incidents promptly and effectively.
Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Organize community events and strengthen the restaurant’s brand image.
Equipment & Safety Management
Inspect equipment usage and maintenance.
Enforce food safety, fire prevention, and theft-prevention measures.
Cross-Department Coordination
Maintain effective communication with kitchen, finance, and logistics teams.
Ensure smooth collaboration across all departments.
Environment & Hygiene Supervision
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming dining environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of management experience in the F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) preferred.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Company Director or General Manager.
