JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate team to ensure operational excellence

  • Prepare, review, and manage professional corporate documents, reports, and presentations

  • Oversee executive calendars and coordinate meetings to ensure seamless daily schedules

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain and update corporate databases to ensure data integrity and record accuracy

  • Support the implementation of improved corporate workflows and organizational systems

  • Lead the coordination of company events, board meetings, and internal training sessions

  • Assist the team in maintaining compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements

  • Collaborate across various departments to support diverse business functions and initiatives

  • Proactively identify operational challenges and provide effective solutions for smooth office flow

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above

  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office management tools

  • Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
