Regional Marketing Director

Education (学历要求):

• Master’s degree from a reputable university is strictly required.

• An academic background in Media, Communications, Radio/Television Broadcasting, or Business Administration is highly preferred.

Experience (经验要求):

• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, media operations, and brand management, with a proven track record at the C-suite or senior executive level (e.g., Chief Business Officer, Marketing Director).

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-border marketing initiatives and expanding businesses into international markets (e.g., LATAM, APAC).

• Prior experience in the technology, fintech, or digital assets sector is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies (核心技能):

• Exceptional capability in media procurement, high-level media relations management, and executing global brand promotion campaigns.

• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to formulate business objectives and lead technical/marketing teams to drive market penetration.

• Deep understanding of live-streaming operations and online content monetization strategies.
