Job Scope:

As a Clinical Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Registering Patients

Taking Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Temperature Measurements

Screening for Presenting Complaints

Assessing Eligibility for Government Subsidies (SFL/HSG/CHAS/PG/MG/Medisave/Flexi/TPA/Insurance), performing claims and updating patient profiles accordingly

Dispensing Medications

Performing ECGs

Collection of Payment

Attending to phone call enquiries

Managing Patients' Expectations On-Site

Dispatching Blood Tests

Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic at all times and other ad hoc duties
