Director of AI Consulting & Solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design enterprise agentic AI solutions using multi-agent orchestration frameworks
  • Architect RAG pipelines, vector memory layers, and tool-enabled agent workflows
  • Define scalable LLM integration architectures across cloud platforms
  • Lead AI discovery workshops with enterprise clients
  • Translate business challenges into AI solution blueprints
  • Lead proposals, estimation, and technical positioning
  • Drive the internal solutioning cycle, coordinating between the presales team and delivery team to assemble the right team of stakeholders
  • Serve as an advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, helping them navigate issues and ensuring delivery excellence
  • Architect AI solutions integrated with CRM, ERP, commerce, and data platforms
  • Design secure API-first agent orchestration layers
  • Define human-in-the-loop and governance-ready AI workflows
  • Actively engage within the SmartOSC partner community, staying informed of developments within partner solutions and incorporating this knowledge into client engagements
  • Provide architecture guidance to engineering teams
  • Establish best practices for AI delivery within the Company
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure alignment, share knowledge, and optimise workflows for better operational efficiency
  • Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with: Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), RAG pipelines & vector databases, Azure / AWS / GCP AI platforms
  • Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems via APIs & microservices.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and consulting capability.
  • Strong communication in English and presentation skills, with the ability to explain architecture concepts to business stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience supporting client-facing engagements, presales activities, or solution architecture consulting is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the airline, aviation, or travel industry is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and establish best practices for AI delivery within the Company
