Job Title: SAP FI-AP and CO Lead Consultant

Role Overview

As an SAP AP and CO Lead Consultant, you will drive finance transformation initiatives, designing and delivering scalable, efficient Management Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Controlling solutions on SAP S/4HANA platforms. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Controlling (CO) solutions within the S/4HANA Finance domain.

• Process Excellence: Ownership of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process flows (invoice processing, payment runs) and CO frameworks (cost allocations, budgeting, and variance analysis).

• Delivery Governance: Lead workstream delivery across full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, data migrations, and system testing (SIT/UAT).

• Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with FI, MM, SD, and technical (ABAP) teams to design robust RICEF objects, interfaces, and real-time analytics frameworks.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Enterprise SAP Expertise: Extensive experience delivering full-lifecycle SAP implementations, with deep expertise in cloud-based deployments (e.g., RISE with SAP) and S/4HANA Finance innovations.

• Core Technical Configuration: Deep hands-on configuration mastery across:

  • SAP FI-AP: Vendor master data, invoice validation, Automatic Payment Program (F110), and withholding tax.

  • SAP FI-CO: Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Variance/WIP calculations.

• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading technical teams, managing workstreams, and executing large-scale projects involving complex global setups (multiple company codes/plants).

• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Asset Accounting, REFX, Fund Management, or Grant Management.
