  • Supports the entire project team and performs project-related administrative functions

  • Take minutes of meetings and manage all documents and records for the project team

  • Receiving, directing visitors, respond to site enquiries and coordinates with HQ corporate office

  • Effectively and efficiently manage telephone calls, emails and other correspondence on behalf of Project Director and project team members

  • Prepares Petty cash, Payment recommendation form, Purchase Requisition, Purchase order, Work order, requesting for quotation, negotiating with sub-contractors/suppliers for the best costs and ordering supplies

  • To source for various miscellaneous purchases such as materials, tools,
    machinery and equipment.

  • To collate necessary documentation (Delivery Orders and Invoices) and prepare for payment forms for purchases for approval.

  • To support Project Director and QS Manager for ad hoc administrative matters.

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned

    Driving licence and driving lorry experience

    24 hours need to be avaiable
