- - Assist the store manager in managing the restaurant
- - Responsible for daily front-of-house operations and food preparation schedule management
- - Manage employee scheduling, training, and discipline
- - Boost sales (set meal sales / best-selling item execution)
- - Standardize hygiene management
- Job Requirements
- **Preferred experience:** Front-of-house supervisor/team leader/senior service staff.
- **Mandarin Chinese required (for communication with customers/team); English proficiency is a plus.
- **Strong service awareness, emotionally stable, and with good execution skills; able to lead a team to resolve issues during peak hours.
- **Attention to detail, neat appearance, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team spirit.
