Shop Supervisor

1. Daily Operations Management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bubble tea shop to ensure smooth functioning • Open and close the store according to SOP, including cash handling and POS reconciliation • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times • Ensure consistent drink quality, taste, and presentation as per brand standards 2. Staff Supervision & Scheduling • Supervise baristas and service crew during shifts, assigning tasks and monitoring performance • Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage • Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and continuous coaching for tinuous existing staff • Motivate team members and resolve staff conflicts or concerns when they arise 3. Customer Service • Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery • Step in to assist with order taking or drink preparation during peak hours 4. Inventory & Stock Control • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and cleaning supplies Conduct stock-taking and place timely orders to prevent shortages or overstock • Ensure proper storage and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed 5. Sales & Reporting • Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Monitor and analyse sales trends and suggest promotional ideas to boost sales • Prepare shift reports, cash reconciliations, and daily operational checklists 6. Compliance & SOP Enforcement • Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines, licensing regulations, and internal SOPs • Conduct routine checks to verify compliance with cleanliness and staff hygiene protocols Implement company policies and procedures consistently across shi
