What You’ll Be Doing
In this new role, you won't just be "filing paperwork." You’ll be designing the environment where our team does their best work:
HR Function:
- Talent Scouting: Finding the right fit for our unique culture, from first outreach to final offer.
- The "First 90 Days": Crafting an onboarding journey that makes new teammates feel welcome and ready to hit the ground running.
- Team Harmony: Being the go-to advisor for workplace dynamics, ensuring everyone feels heard and supported but not fear to drop the axe when required.
- Operational Excellence: Handling the essentials— attendance, payroll, CPF contributions, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) compliance—with total precision.
- Culture Building: Planning team bonding events and initiatives that make "work" feel like more than just a job.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
Admin Support:
- Communication & Correspondence: Prepare reports, draft background materials for meetings, and manage correspondence (emails and minutes etc.)
- Manage the flow of information in and out of the Founder’s office.
- Special Projects & Logistics: Handle special administrative tasks or projects occasionally.
- Able to communicate (writing & spoken) in English & Mandarin.
- Able to travel with Founder solo will be a plus, not mandatory.
The Profile We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles within a Singapore-based SME or startup.
Communication: Fluent in English & Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively across the team.
The Connector: You have a knack for reading people and building genuine relationships.
The Local Expert: You have a solid grasp of the Singapore Employment Act and work pass regulations (would be a plus).
The Problem Solver: You don't just spot issues; you come to the table with solutions.
The Go-Getter: You do not whine at challenges but resilient to fight a battle at the blow of a whistle.
The Multitasker: You can jump from a sensitive conversation to a detailed spreadsheet without missing a beat.
Attributes: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle sensitive information with high integrity.
Compensation & Benefits
We value our team and offer a competitive package to ensure you are well-supported:
Monthly Salary: $3,500 - $4,000
Variable Bonus: Performance-based bonuses/Revenue Sharing/13th-month AWS (where applicable).
Leave: According to statutory regulations.
Location: Work from Home.
