Business Operations Executive

Responsibilities
• Support the daily operations of the company’s gift trading and rental management business.
• Coordinate communications with customers, suppliers, landlords, tenants and service providers.
• Manage tenancy-related administration including lease documentation, tenant onboarding, renewals and move-out procedures.
• Monitor rental collections, property maintenance schedules and service requests.
• Assist in inventory coordination, order processing and customer service for the gift trading business.
• Maintain operational records, databases and management reports.
• Support marketing initiatives, social media coordination and business development activities.
• Prepare business correspondence, contracts and operational documentation.
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors and professional service providers.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Communications, English, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
