Enterprise Account Manager

The Role
We're looking for a battle-tested enterprise sales professional to own and grow revenue across APAC. You'll be selling a highly technical product to engineering leaders, CTOs, and platform teams at mid-to-large enterprises. This is a hunter role — you'll be expected to build pipeline from scratch, run complex multi-stakeholder deals, and close.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for enterprise accounts across APAC
- Target VP Engineering, CTO, Head of Platform, and DevOps/Architecture decision-makers
- Partner with solutions engineers to run technical discovery and POCs
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using outbound, partner channels, and inbound leads
- Represent Unmeshed at industry events, developer conferences, and customer meetings
- Feed market intelligence back to product and leadership teams
- Hit and exceed ARR targets quarter over quarter
What We're Looking For
- 12–15+ years in B2B tech sales, with at least 5 years selling developer tools, middleware, cloud infrastructure, or API/integration platforms
- Proven track record closing $100K–$500K+ ACV deals with 3–6 month sales cycles
- Comfortable selling to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger sales methodologies
- Strong network across enterprise tech buyers in APAC (banking, fintech, telco, logistics a plus)
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal hand-holding in an early-stage environment
- Familiarity with orchestration, workflow automation, or DevOps tooling is a strong plus
