General Admin Assistant
- Key in invoices and update records in the system.
- Generate and print work orders as instructed.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic email inquiries.
- Assist in preparing simple reports and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with colleagues on work order and invoice-related matters.
- Monitor and follow up on pending documents when required.
- Handle data entry and ensure information is recorded accurately.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, and general office duties.
- Support daily administrative operations and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
