General Admin Assistant

  • Key in invoices and update records in the system.
  • Generate and print work orders as instructed.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to basic email inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with colleagues on work order and invoice-related matters.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending documents when required.
  • Handle data entry and ensure information is recorded accurately.
  • Assist with photocopying, printing, and general office duties.
  • Support daily administrative operations and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
