ABOUT PILATES FITNESS

Since 2010, Pilates Fitness has served over 16,000 clients as Singapore's only studio offering rehab-Reformer Pilates with BIXEPS Pro therapy. We specialize in rehab-Reformer Pilates for everyone to build independent, capable, injury-resistant bodies for life.

We're looking for an energetic operations professional to manage our day-to-day studio operations and elevate our client experience.

THE ROLE

This is a daily part-time operations coordinator position—5 consistent days a week (Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm with 1-hour lunch 12-1pm). We need someone independent, fast-paced, reliable, and comfortable in high-volume consumer service environments.

You'll own studio operations independently, manage multiple customer touchpoints simultaneously, and identify ways to improve our systems. This isn't a typical admin role—you'll have autonomy to implement ideas and build processes that outlast you.

Client Experience Excellence

  • Manage all customer interactions across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and solve problems proactively with a service-first mindset

Operational Ownership

  • Run daily studio operations: bookings, facility management, housekeeping
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements—don't just maintain the status quo

  • Test, measure, and refine your concepts with real-time feedback
  • Build processes that improve studio revenue and client retention

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVES (Non-Negotiables):

• 1+ years work experience in fast-paced customer service, hospitality, retail, or operations

• Ability to commit to 10am-5pm (1hr lunch), Monday-Friday except public holidays

• Experience managing high-volume, multi-channel customer interactions under pressure

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) and quick tech adoption
