Electrical & Electronics Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Trainer to conduct structured training sessions for adult learners. The role involves delivering lessons in both in-person and virtual settings, preparing lesson-related materials, and supporting learners throughout the course. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in electrical engineering,relevant industry experience, and an interest in teaching or professional training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clear and effective training sessions for learners through in-person and/or virtual classes.
• Deliver lessons using structured lesson plans and course materials.
• Prepare, update, and improve training materials where required.
• Provide guidance and support to learners during the course.
• Teach electrical and electronics engineering-related topics as assigned.
• Keep up to date with relevant industry practices to ensure course delivery remains practical and relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or other relevant qualifications.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, lecturing, or coaching will be an advantage.
• Relevant practical experience in electrical engineering or electrical works is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to adult learners.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms will be an advantage.
• Training and course guidance will be provided.

Working Hours

• Weekday (19:00 - 22:00)
• Weekend
