Supervisor

The Supervisor will assist upper management in the day-to-day operations of the business's product lines including but not limited to assigning work, implementing and enforcing policies/procedures, and recommending improvements in production processes, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions to achieve positive results successfully. The ideal candidate can see the overall picture, lead by example, motivate and obtain buy-in from team members at all levels, and who can help continue to move the business forward.
