Compliance & Recruitment Coordinator (3-Month Contract, Remote)

Employment Type: 3-Month Contract(Renewable)
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance & Recruitment Coordinator to support Singapore product registration coordination and recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the China Compliance Team on weekly product registration submission lists.
  • Operate the Singapore HSA system for product registration submission and withdrawal processes.
  • Process submission payments and maintain accurate submission records.
  • Provide official invoices and update tracking sheets after each submission.
  • Support communication and follow-up for exceptional or urgent registration cases.
  • Assist with recruitment-related coordination and administrative support when required.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders through DingTalk and email.

Requirements

  • Proficient in reading and understanding English documents, with the ability to understand spoken Chinese for effective communication and coordination with the China-based team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality due to access to sensitive regulatory information.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative and system-related tasks.
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Additional Information

  • Initial contract duration of 3 months, renewable based on business needs and performance.
  • Standard office working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Workload may vary depending on product registration volume and business needs.
