Job Summary

Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance service standards, food preparation, and compliance with regulatory requirements in F&B outlets. Monitor performance and maintain training records to support continuous staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training materials focused on service standards and food preparation to ensure consistent quality
  • Deliver on-the-job coaching to new hires and existing staff on beverage brewing techniques, cash handling, and customer engagement to improve operational skills
  • Train and monitor staff to uphold regulatory standards, including SFA hygiene requirements, ensuring compliance and food safety
  • Conduct outlet audits and performance reviews to identify training gaps and implement targeted remedial programs to address deficiencies
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and staff certification statuses for management reporting and audit purposes
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create and update training materials and reports
  • Apply strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse staff audiences effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Post-secondary education and/or trade certificate related to Food Science or Business Administration
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an F&B training role
  • Practical experience in kitchen operations
