Maintenance Engineer

Job Scope :

- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on Plating line equipment (rectifiers, tanks, pumps, filters, heaters, chillers, etc.).

- Trouble shoot and repair mechanical, electrical and control system failures.

- Ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery during breakdown.

- Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements.

- Identify and maintain critical spare parts, etc.

- Coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts and service support.

- Support installation and commissioning of new Plating lines or upgrades.

- Participate in process improvement projects.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic or Electrical Engineering

- 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment

- Possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

- Knowledge of Plating process will be an added advantage

- Knowledgein PLC system and automation

- Proficient in Microsoft Office softwareapplications

- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and repair equipment
