Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver excellent nail services including manicure/pedicure, extension and gel nail services.
Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
Evaluating the conditions of customers'nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
Provide follow up services and able assist all staffs for consult.
Lead a team
Attend and resolve customers' complaint
Attend enquiries and make appointments.
