Responsibilities
- Plan and develop menus that highlight fusion and Asian cuisine to meet customer preferences and business goals
- Calculate and manage food costing to optimize budget and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and outlet to ensure hygiene standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and collaborate effectively within a multicultural work environment
- Take initiative to generate creative ideas for menu improvements and kitchen operations
- Manage simple human resource tasks such as scheduling and team coordination to support smooth kitchen workflow
- Perform basic customer relationship management (CRM) and stock management to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support catering activities as needed to expand service offerings
