Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop menus that highlight fusion and Asian cuisine to meet customer preferences and business goals
  • Calculate and manage food costing to optimize budget and profitability
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and outlet to ensure hygiene standards
  • Demonstrate flexibility and collaborate effectively within a multicultural work environment
  • Take initiative to generate creative ideas for menu improvements and kitchen operations
  • Manage simple human resource tasks such as scheduling and team coordination to support smooth kitchen workflow
  • Perform basic customer relationship management (CRM) and stock management to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Support catering activities as needed to expand service offerings

  • Experience or skills in catering services to enhance event and group dining capabilities
