PLANNING COORDINATOR

Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules, work programmes, and project timelines.
Collect, compile, and analyse project progress information from site team.
Maintain accurate project planning records, schedules, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors on project planning and operational matters.
Monitor manpower, material, and equipment records to support project reporting and resource planning.
Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and status updates using the company's project management systems.
Attend project coordination meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain document control procedures and ensure proper filing of project records and correspondence.
Provide administrative and coordination support to management on project planning and execution activities.
Perform data analysis and generate reports to support project monitoring and management decision-making.
