Job Summary

Join R Square Engineering as a Site Engineer to lead site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure work complies with construction drawings and specifications
• Manage subcontractors to maintain project quality and timelines
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities to resolve site issues efficiently
• Implement quality control measures and enforce compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
• Monitor project schedules and prepare daily and weekly progress reports to track milestones
• Manage material orders and deliveries to support uninterrupted site activities
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site by proposing practical and safe engineering solutions
• Lead and communicate effectively with diverse site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Organize work independently and solve problems under tight deadlines to maintain project momentum

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or construction management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project to support project planning and design review
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate site teams
